On The Job With Advanced Removals …Again!
It’s a Friday morning and it’s busy, which is the usual story for us here at Advanced Removals.

We have twelve different removals booked in across four counties. One of our first customers was expecting our team to arrive, bright and early, at 8:30 am.
Unfortunately though, the A417, due to thick fog and following a three car accident, is closed at 7:45am – much to our delight!
One of our removal vans happened to get stuck in the traffic whilst trying to get to the property in good time. Instead of calling the customer to delay the removal, the team in the van relayed the information back to the office and we then diverted all other teams away from this route.
Our first customers, Mr & Mrs Partridge, in Faringdon were obviously still expecting one of our removal vans at 8:30am, so we had to arrange an alternative removal team for them. We needed to pack and load all of their possessions by 1pm so we could go through with the delivery to Yorkshire for the following day.
Because of the extensive range of vehicles and experienced staff at Advanced Removals, we were able to deploy a new team in new vehicles to get Mr & Mrs Partridge expertly packed and loaded by 1pm.
How did we do this?
The Managing Director, Warehouse Manager, and Relocation Surveyor, all with years of experience, were immediately dispatched via a different route all through a quick call back to the office.
It made a refreshing change for the team, who are mostly office based now, but they were slightly sore the next day!
If a smaller removal company had undertaken The Partridges’ move they would have struggled to provide them with such an excellent service in such trying circumstances.
