On The Job With Advanced Removals
We’ve moved thousands of people to new properties over the years. Every move is different but we always remain friendly, professional and productive. Here’s an example ‘on the job’ with Advanced Removals:

When we arrived to move Mrs Scott and her family to their new home they guessed we might like a cup of tea! (If each member of our 40-strong team were to consume 3 cups of tea a day for the 288 days a year that we help people and business to move property, we would consume a staggering 34,560 cups of tea a year). Mrs Scott generously left out all of the necessities to make a cup of tea, along with a number of other refreshments for us to eat and drink when we loaded the van.
It is normally difficult for people to offer us a cup of tea, not because they don’t want to, but because the kettle is packed away ready for the move. So this was a nice gesture and one we really appreciated.
As we moved Mrs Scott and her family to their new home, we also met their neighbour (Mrs Atkins). After politely asking us to move the van so she could pick up her son from school, she returned with a very interested 4-year-old who had a number of questions which we were happy to answer. We know how important family is and how interesting our work can be for people on the street, so we let him help with some of the boxes.
Later that day, Mrs Atkins sent us an email full of praise for our removal staff and our service:
“Your removal men just moved in my new neighbours & I had to write to you to tell you how lovely the men were. Praise isn’t given very often these days so I couldn’t pass up the chance to tell you that they were stars.”
She went on to say: “The staff chatted to my 4 year old and let him help with some boxes. He was so happy!”
We love what we do, and it is feedback like this that makes our job even more worthwhile. We appreciate any feedback we are given so if you would like to share your views with us, or if you are looking to move home or business and would like us to help, please contact us today.
